Terms and Conditions

 Grunwald Corporation offers two programs that can be utilized separately or combined

Program – 1   Partnership / Recurring

Affiliate Webmaster will receive 50% of the Gross Net, plus 50% of recurring memberships until that member cancels his membership. Gross Net is defined as all sales minus transaction fees.

Program – 2   Webmaster Referral

Affiliate Webmaster will receive 10% of the Gross Net plus 10% of recurring memberships generated by webmasters you refer to Van-Art Webmaster’s Cash program.

Protection

Ø      We reserve the right to deny any prospective affiliate admittance into our program based on any reason we feel is deemed.

Ø      Although it is not our practice, Grunwald Corp. reserves the right to terminate any CCBill affiliate account if an account is idle for 30 days.   We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if it becomes violated, or for any other reason we find applicable.

Ø      We reserve the right to change the payout rate.   We will notify our associates prior to any change that would take place.

Ø      Grunwald Corp. will not be responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with affiliate hosting equipment or technical errors.   This also includes any future anticipated losses to the affiliates resulting from our equipment failure or our websites problems.

Ø      We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.

Payout

All Funds are paid by check or bank wire transfer in US Funds. Payments are mailed or wired each Monday by CCBill. There is a $25.00 minimum payout amount before a partner will receive funds and one week delay applies.

How CCBill tracks associate’s activities

A cookie that is set by CCBill's referral scripts to track each web visitor. When a visitor clicks the initial scripts upon leaving a referrers site, referred above cookie is placed. Each time when a referral sale is made, CCBill looks for the cookie and query in the Referral Webmaster database.

Prohibited Activities

Ø      E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups and IRC.   This is because we are bound of CCBill rules that prohibit spamming.   Please login to ccbill.com to read the applicable rules.

Ø      Infringement on copyrights is prohibited.

Ø      Use of similar names to Grunwald, vanartstudios.com, liveenvironments.com, girls-gone-bare.com, hurricane-katrina-photographs.com or spring9.com Van-Art Webmaster’s Cash is prohibited.
